Placing an Order: When you place an order for Helix Lights products or services, you agree to provide accurate information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We may offer financing options through third-party providers, which are subject to their terms and conditions.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.After the 24-hour period, cancellations are still possible until the equipment has been ordered. Once equipment has been ordered, you can no longer receive a refund for the equipment cost, but you may still receive a refund for labor if the installation has not begun.

Once installation has started, no refunds will be provided.

3. Installation Services

Professional Installation: Our team will install the Helix Lights system on your home. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to access your property for installation purposes.

Site Access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.Post-Installation: Once the installation is complete, we will provide instructions on how to use and control your lighting system. You are responsible for maintaining the system after installation.

4. Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty covering both parts and labor for Helix Lights systems. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or environmental factors beyond our control. 5. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages: Helix Lights and Helix Builders Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Limited Direct Liability: Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service at issue.

Product Use: You agree to use the Helix Lights system as instructed. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper use or third-party interference.
